Import properties
Upload a spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv), then map your columns to ours. Only name, address, and city are required — that's enough to geocode and map each property for a bid. Everything else is optional. Re-uploading is safe — existing properties (matched by external ID, or by name + address) are updated rather than duplicated. Download the Aspire template.
Actual hours
Upload measured average hours per week per job. Start from the pre-filled template (all active properties with their IDs) — fill the actual_hours_per_week column and upload it back. When an actual diverges from the budgeted hours by more than 15%, scheduling uses the actual; the budget is kept otherwise. Matched by Aspire external_id (or name).
